(Jay County, IN)--A former principal in the Randolph Central School district has been arrested and charged in connection with a child pornography investigation.  73-year-old Randall Rains now lives in Jay County but had served as a principal in multiple Randolph County schools.  Tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children led investigators to Rains’ home.  Inside, those investigators allegedly found a computer with 84 open tabs showing pre-pubescent girls engaged in sexual conduct with adult males.  Rains has posted a $13,000 bond and was out of jail Monday morning.
