(Richmond, IN)--A murder suspect is now back home in Richmond after having been captured a month ago in Nevada.  21-year-old Tayshawn Newman was booked into the Wayne County Jail Tuesday.  Newman is accused of shooting and killing Chad Mullins in the 200 block of North 13^th Street in April of last year.  Investigators found Newman about to board a bus just outside of Reno, Nevada last month.  Since then, Newman has been going through the extradition process.
