(Richmond, IN)--The string of counterfeit bills being passed in our area is continuing.  Recently, the same man was accused of passing counterfeit hundreds in Richmond and New Paris.  Monday, Richmond police released images of a different suspect who passed a counterfeit hundred at the Subway on Richmond’s west side.  The plan is often the same…make a relatively small purchase with a large phony bill.  The counterfeiter keeps not only the purchase but also the real change which usually amounts to $80 or $90.
