An accident early Sunday morning on I-70 eastbound right at Wayne/Henry line has resulted in an arrest. David Lee Powell was taken into custody on multiple charges, including theft of a firearm and possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon.  The 32-year old is being held on a 30,000 bond.
