(Pershing, IN)--The Western Wayne School Board held an executive session on Friday.  Executive sessions at any school district are off-limits to the public and often involve personnel issues.   Friday’s meeting involved pending or threatened litigation.  One long-time employee has filed a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission alleging intimidation.  That employee also alleges sexual harassment by an administrator that occurred at a recent gathering away from school.  Numerous staff members have left Western Wayne Schools in the last two years.
