POSITIVE IDENTITY MADE ON REMAINS FOUND IN HUESTON WOODS

(Preble County, OH)--Human remains that were discovered in Hueston Woods State Park have now been positively identified.  The identification is what investigators suspected; that it was Michael McKenney of Fairfield.  McKenney went missing nearly three years ago.  The remains were discovered in December in a wooded area near the covered bridge.  Investigators say no foul play is suspected.  "I will say that we're not looking for anybody right now.  We're not looking for any suspects," said Officer Brandon McCroskey.  The identity was confirmed through DNA testing.
