(Richmond, IN)--There is a traffic change in an area near overpass construction in Richmond.  The intersection of North 10^th and D Street has been made a four-way stop – at least temporarily.  Visibility concerns at the intersection and increased traffic trying to get around the overpass closure led to the change.  As for North A Street, there is an effort underway to get more work done at night.  The city says that change would reduce the need for lane closures during periods of heavier daytime traffic.
