(Richmond, IN)--There has been some legal maneuvering this week in the class-action lawsuit against Seth Smith regarding the My Way Trading fire.  Two Richmond residents are specifically named currently as plaintiffs in the lawsuit, although thousands more names could be added.  This week, Smith’s attorney requested a change of judge.  His attorney also requested a 60-day extension of time with which to plead.  Both of those requests were granted.  No future hearings are currently scheduled.
