(Fountain City, IN)--Extra security was on hand at this week’s meeting of the Fountain City Town Council after an altercation last month.  During that meeting, Chase Tice, who was Fountain City’s water and sewer superintendent, threw keys at resident David Oakes when Oakes questioned his water being cut off.  This week, council announced a three-day suspension.  That announcement led to another heated exchange between Oakes and council.  Oakes said he would return next month.
