(Richmond, IN)--Dozens of shots were fired in Richmond early Tuesday morning.  It happened just after midnight in the area of North 13^th and B Street.  Very few details have been released so far.  But, according to scanner traffic, there were multiple people with guns.  RPD called for help from county or state units.  There has been no initial indication that anyone was hurt.  One person has been taken into custody, but that person’s name is not yet available.  Bullet holes were located in a garage during the investigation Tuesday morning.
