ARREST MADE IN SHOTS FIRED CASE

(Richmond, IN)--Richmond Police on Tuesday released more information on the shots fired incident on North B Street that Kicks 96 and 101.7 The Point News reported Tuesday morning.  Dozens of shots were fired in that area just after midnight.  Investigators determined that the shots originated from 1316 North B and obtained a search warrant.  Inside, they found 38-year-old Jeremy Potters and ten firearms.  Charges currently include felony child neglect and resisting law enforcement.  There were no injuries.  Potters has bonded out of jail and was free Wednesday morning.
