(Randolph County, IN)--Plans for a large solar project in Randolph County are advancing.  Randolph County Commissioners this week approved road use and economic development agreements with EDP Renewables.  The project is called the Riverstart Solar Park.  It would be a $250 million investment in Union and Stoney Creek townships.  The agreement would have EDP paying Randolph County $8.55 million over a ten-year period.
