(Richmond, IN)--The Richmond Board of Public Works is scheduled to meet late Thursday afternoon.  When it does, it’s expected to award a contract for street upgrades in 28 locations.  Milestone Contractors was the low bidder for the project at close to $1.4 million.  Most of the street resurfacing will be done in residential areas with high concentrations in the Reeveston and Hidden Valley areas.
