To listen on your Google Home, simply say, “OK Google, play WQLK Kicks 96.”
To listen on your Apple HomePod, download the free TuneIn iOS app, tap the AirPlay button and select your HomePod.
WHAT TO DO IF YOUR ALEXA IS PLAYING ANOTHER KICKS 96 RADIO STATION WHEN YOU SAY “ALEXA, LAUNCH KICKS NINETY-SIX” OR “ALEXA, OPEN KICKS 96”
Open up the Alexa app on your phone .
In the upper left-hand corner you'll see the "hamburger" icon (it's three lines stacked on top of each other). Tap it and you'll see a list of places to go....click Skills & Games. This will show you the Alexa Skills that you can search for and also the Skills that you currently have enabled.
Near the top look for Your Skills.
Scroll down and if you see any other station other than ours that is called Kicks 96 please tap their logo/icon and then click Disable Skill.
You can do that over and over if you find multiple Kicks 96 stations.
Also, you will want to double check that you have our Kicks 96 Skill enabled (ours will have our logo and also have our call letters WQLK-FM typed below our logo).
If you do not have our Kicks 96 Skill enabled you can click the Discover tab, then the magnifying glass in the upper right-hand corner. Then type Kicks 96, there you should find our Skill.
Tap it and then tap “Enable Skill.”
Exit out of the app on your phone. Now on your Alexa, you should be able to say either "Alexa, open Kicks 96," or "Alexa, launch Kicks 96" and be able to listen to the correct Kicks 96!
