(Richmond, IN)--An arrest has been made in a Richmond murder.  On Tuesday, a warrant was issued for 41-year-old Damien Rowe.  Rowe is accused of shooting and killing 42-year-old Brandy Fox in an incident in the 100 block of Randolph Street in Richmond back on December 10.  Rowe was taken into custody Tuesday without incident and charged with murder and unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon.  Rowe’s criminal history includes convictions for drug dealing and pointing a firearm.  He has another drug-dealing case still pending.  Rowe was being held Wednesday morning without bond.
