(Wayne County, IN)--A central Indiana man was taken into custody Sunday following a chase that went through Hagerstown and ended in Henry County. Joshua Settles has been charged with criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon. Although there’s no official word yet on whether the two incidents are connected, there was a report of shots fired on Hiser Station Road shortly before the chase began. Settles is also charged with felony resisting. There was no report of any injury. Settles is also a registered sex offender who was convicted of child solicitation.
