(Centerville, IN)--A Richmond teen was taken into custody Sunday after allegedly firing shots in a populated area.  19-year-old Joshua Ilano Monday morning is charged with Criminal Recklessness with a Deadly Weapon.  Ilano was taken into custody in the 2600 block of West Main in Centerville.  No injuries were reported.  There were several other teens and young adults in the area when the alleged incident occurred.
