(Richmond, IN)--A shooting was reported at Richmond’s Merle Henderson Apartments Monday.  According to scanner traffic, a fight took place inside an elevator in the apartments on South 14^th that ended with one person being shot in the leg.  Shell casings were located.  There’s no word on the condition of the victim or the identity of the alleged shooter.
