(Richmond, IN)--According to Odyssey online court documents, a pretrial conference is scheduled to take place Thursday morning in the murder trial of Phillip Lee.  Lee faces the possibility of the death penalty in connection with the shooting of Richmond Police Officer Seara Burton.  Earlier this week, a motion involving discovery was filed.  Another pre-trial conference is scheduled for early August, but there is currently no trial date set.
