Much needed rainfall moved through the area yesterday bringing scattered showers and isolated storms thoughout the day and early evening.  Prior to this system passing through the state, the area was over an inch and a half below the monthly average, and for the year, down 2 and quarter inches. The good news for area farmers, a more unsettled weather pattern should bring rain chances back into the forecast for Thursday and Friday of this week.
