The much-needed area rain yesterday did cause power outtages in western Ohio and based on a National Weather Service picture that was posted, at least one tornado near Dayton International Airport.  The photo was taken by NWS at 7:22 pm last night.  A damage survey has not yet been conducted, and NWS has not released the strength of the tornado or any additional details.
