(Richmond, IN)--The Richmond Community School Board is set to meet late Wednesday afternoon.  One of the items on the agenda calls for the restructuring of the Athletic Department.  Proposed changes would place more resources to address the academic needs of students and develop a more sustainable feeder program.  The position of Assistant Athletic Director would be dissolved.  Changes would create a $50,000 net savings.  Wednesday afternoon’s meeting begins at 5:30.
