(Richmond, IN)--It’s another big win for Wayne County’s Economic Development Corporation.  On Tuesday, the EDC announced that a transloading and processing facility company called Anchor Ingredients will invest $40 million into a project in the Midwest Industrial Park in Richmond.  The North Dakota-based company will serve the supply chain needs of several pet food brands.  A new facility will expand rail infrastructure within the park and provide bulk storage and warehousing.  30 new jobs are expected to be created.  It will receive half a million dollars in tax credits and grants.  Construction will start right away and is expected to take a year to complete.
