(Eaton, OH)--Eaton’s first DORA is now set to officially go into effect on July 1.  DORA stands for Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area.  It will allow certain establishments to sell alcohol in a designated cup that allows people to walk around outside in a multi-block area.  The DORA will be in effect from noon until 11 at night each day all year long.  It essentially covers about a three-block area around the Preble County Courthouse.
