(Henry County, IN)--A Richmond man was killed in a Henry County crash late Sunday afternoon.  The Henry County Sheriff’s Office says that 68-year-old David Warren was headed east on State Road 38 when his vehicle left the roadway, crossed into oncoming traffic, and then struck a tree.  No one else was in the vehicle.  Investigators suspect that Warren may have suffered a medical issue that caused him to lose control.
