(Richmond, IN)--A Richmond man who has already been jailed at least 20 times in the last 15 years was back behind bars Tuesday morning after allegedly stealing from Walmart while he was in possession of a handgun.  43-year-old Jesse Craft was jailed Monday afternoon and faces charges that include being a felon in possession of a handgun.  Craft already has a pending case for domestic battery with a deadly weapon.  He also has a previous arrest for strangulation.
