(Richmond, IN)--INDOT said Monday that it is putting the brakes on at least one Richmond road construction project.  Milestone Contractors is suspending work on North A Street beginning Friday until the middle of next week.  Crews have begun to alternate closing two lanes of traffic on North A, but that will be suspended and there will be no lane restrictions.  Work is expected to be complete by the middle of next month.
