(Preble County, OH)--There’s lot of activity going on at U.S. 40 at the state line, but there’s still be no official announcement as to what it is.  A company called Stearman and Sons has been clearing the area on the south side of 40 that was home to a truck stop more than two decades ago.  They claim on social media that they’re clearing the trees for what will be another truck stop.  More than a thousand trees have been cleared from the area.
