(Richmond, IN)--Richmond officially has another mayoral candidate.  David Carpenter, who most know better as Richmond’s Batman, has met the requirements to appear on the ballot in November as an independent candidate for mayor.  Carpenter had originally tried to run as a Republican.  He’s been a regular attendee at Richmond Common Council meetings this year and once even sat in the front row of chambers with a campaign sign.
