(Wayne County, IN)--The interchange of I-70 and U.S. 40 is not the only ramp that will see major changes when the interstate is widened to three lanes in Wayne County beginning next year.  The U.S. 35 interchange is also set for modifications.  INDOT representatives disclosed those details during a recent local meeting.  The ramps at 35 and 70 will be changed to allow for more acceleration and deceleration space.  Currently, getting onto eastbound 70 from southbound 35 can be tricky because other vehicles exit 70 in the same short space.  That problem will be eliminated.
