(Whitewater Valley)--US News and World Report has issued its new rankings of public high schools.  The publication takes into account numerous factors that include attendance, test performance, and graduation.  Here is how some local schools fared:  Centerville was the top ranking area school at 59^th statewide.  Richmond was well inside the top half at 192^nd.  Union County also fared well at 106^th.  And, in Preble County, Eaton ranked in the top 20% of Ohio high schools at #167.
