From Hold My Drink And Watch This today,  A Waukesha, Wisconsin woman recently called the police on a man who was parked outside of her home. The woman told cops that the man had been listening to sad music for 90 minutes. Officers arrived and found the man blaring ''Fast Car' by Tracy Chapman. They advised the man of the complaint.
