(Richmond, IN)--The owner of a Richmond business is now facing criminal charges.  Joshua Ridenour, who owned That Massage School on South 5^th Street, has now been charged with three counts of fraud in Wayne Superior Court I.  Earlier this year, several students came forward and claimed that they were not being taught massage, but were still giving them and were, in effect, providing free labor to Ridenour.  A cease and desist order was issued by the state.  That Massage School had operated in several other cities across Indiana.  A warrant for Ridenour’s arrest was issued last Friday.
