(Richmond, IN)--Neighbors in the North West 17^th Street area of Richmond are indicating that the home where the weekend double shooting occurred has been a problem recently.  The shooting occurred at a second large party a particular home in the last month.  Police reports indicate that back on May 30, officers were called when several teens were seen by neighbors in back yards.  One nearby resident called police when one person tried to retrieve a gun from that person’s back yard.  After last weekend’s shootings, residents found shell casings in yards.  There has been no new information regarding the conditions of the victims or where the investigation stands since RPD's initial press release was issued.
