(Franklin County, IN)--The Whitewater Valley goes under a flood watch beginning Wednesday.  And, in Franklin County Tuesday, they’re preparing for several inches of rain and what the aftermath could bring.  Franklin County Emergency Management is offering free sandbags and sand to help protect property.  They can be picked up near the animal shelter on Landfill Road in Brookville between 3 and 6 Tuesday afternoon.  Those who want sandbags should bring their own shovels and be prepared to fill the bags themselves.
