(Richmond, IN)--A Richmond man who not only sexually abused a one-year-old boy but also live-streamed the assaults online has been sentenced to 40 years in federal prison.  The Richmond Police Department along with U.S. Homeland Security investigated 29-year-old Moises Bojorquez in 2023 and uncovered thousands of images of infants and toddlers.  The federal judge who sentenced Bojorquez called him a menace to society.
