(Richmond, IN)--Six people were jailed Wednesday when the Richmond Police Department’s SAFE team executed a search warrant at a problem house in the 400 block of South 15^th Street.  In the past year, police have been called to 404 South 15^th 77 times, including 32 already in 2025 after neighbors complained about drug activity, theft, and other suspicious behavior.  When investigators went there Wednesday morning, they took six people to jail for either maintaining or visiting a common nuisance.  They include Brittney Harmon, Jeremy Jacob, Levi Johnson, Gary Lady, Lori Martin, and Lisa Presley.  All but one were still in jail Thursday morning.  An elderly man who lived there was turned over to Adult Protective Services.
