(Richmond, IN)--Richmond police caught an alleged burglar Friday morning.  Officers were called to the Skate on Commerce Drive.  When they went inside and investigated, they found that 41-year-old Joshua Farmer had gotten into the building’s rafters in an apparent attempt to hide.  Farmer was booked into the Wayne County Jail at just after 3 o’clock Friday morning.
