(Wayne and Union County, IN)--People traveling between Richmond and Liberty will have to find a route other than U.S. 27 this week.  That’s because the Indiana Department of Transportation’s maintenance crews will conduct daily closures on 27 for multiple pipe replacements.  The highway will close at three different locations, but only between 9 o’clock in the morning to 5 in the afternoon.  INDOT says the work could extend into next week, depending on weather.
