(Modoc, IN)--The Riverstart solar project is now operational in Randolph County.  That solar park, which is located near Modoc, was first announced back in 2018 by Texas-based EDP Renewables.  That company called the project the largest solar farm by capacity in the state of Indiana and one that would generate enough energy to power 36,000 homes per year.
