(Richmond, IN)--The sale of the TBK building on West Industries Road in Richmond is now final.  According to Wayne County property records, the buyer is an LLC called Focus 37.  The purchase price was $5.25 million.  Last August, TBK announced that it would be ceasing operations at the facility and laying off 79 employees in the process.  The building covers about 130,000 square feet.
