(Fountain City, IN)--There was an incident involving an alleged strangulation Thursday night in Fountain City.  It happened near the intersection of U.S. 27 and Main Street.  Wayne County deputies arrived and took 32-year-old Brandon Clark into custody.  He’s charged with both strangulation and domestic battery in the presence of a child.  There’s no word on the condition of the alleged victim.  Just three days ago, Clark was sentenced to six months in jail after pleading guilty to criminal trespass.  All of that jail time was suspended.
