(Richmond, IN)--Time is running out for the city of Richmond to file a response to Wayne County Prosecutor Mike Shipman’s motion to dismiss the lawsuit that the city has joined against him.  Earlier this year, the city joined RPD’s Adam Blanton’s lawsuit over Blanton’s placement on the Brady List.  When Shipman filed a motion last month to dismiss the lawsuit, the city was given 30 days to file a response.  That 30 days is up on Monday.  So far, the city has spent over $35,000 in legal fees since joining the lawsuit.
