(Richmond, IN)--Some restrictions are coming to Richmond’s busiest and, statistically, most dangerous intersection.  It’s being brought about by utility work on a new business.  It’s the intersection of South 37^th and National Road East.  Beginning a week from Monday, traffic headed east will not be able to turn right onto South 37^th toward Kroger.  It also affects the stoplight on 37^th between Kroger and Walmart.  Traffic headed north will not be able to go any further toward National Road East than that light.  The restrictions are expected to last three to five days.  The Board of Works has granted a variance to allow work to be done at night to expedite completion.
