(Richmond, IN)--Construction is coming on Phase 2 of the city of Richmond’s Loop project, and that will include a street closure.  The Loop is the name given to the project connecting Uptown to the Depot District with bicycle and walking paths.  The city announced Tuesday that North 7^th Street will close between C and D Streets for construction.  Additional lane restrictions will be in place in the coming weeks on Fort Wayne Avenue and North E.  Tuesday’s announcement did not indicate how long North 7^th is expected to be closed.
