(Richmond, IN)--Following an email from a Wayne County Commissioner to Richmond Common Council earlier this week that expressed concerns about the potential sale of an Uptown parking lot, a representative of Elm Place Development has taken issue with the email’s content.  The email alleged that the city had offered the lot to Abilities in Richmond for $10,000 without taking proper steps or notification to other potential buyers.  An Elm Place representative said Thursday that they are the buyer of the lot and that the total offered price is $45,000.
