(Richmond, IN)--Last week, INDOT said that the entrance ramp to eastbound I-70 from southbound U.S. 35 in Richmond would close this coming Monday and remain closed for at least a year due to safety concerns while Revive I-70 construction is going on.  Now, they’re putting that closure off.  INDOT indicated Thursday they have postponed the ramp’s closure indefinitely, but did not say what prompted that decision or when it would go into effect.
