(Richmond, IN)--Richmond will likely be getting a new hotel.  On Wednesday, the Richmond Board of Zoning Appeals will address a proposal to construct a four-story hotel which would be located directly across West Eaton Pike from the entrance to Lowe’s.  It would be owned and operated by TownPlace Suites of Marriott, which currently operates more than 275 hotels across the U.S. and Canada.  It would be the 11^th hotel at the U.S. 40 / I-70 interchange.  There are currently about 950 hotel rooms in Richmond and Wayne County.
