(Wayne County, IN)--Construction is about to shift on State Road 1 in western Wayne County.  According to INDOT, the temporary traffic signal on 1 that is currently located near Goose Haven Road will shift to the south near Capitol Hill Road beginning Wednesday.  The restriction is to allow crews to replace a large culvert and is expected to remain in place for another three weeks.  Once that is done, 1 will be paved between U.S. 40 and I-70.
