(Richmond, IN)--There’s been another delay in the criminal trial of Wayne County Auditor Mark Hoelscher.  Hoelscher faces two counts of misdemeanor intimidation after allegedly leaving threatening notes in the mailbox of at least one of his Esteb Road neighbors.  A judge has now granted Hoelscher’s motion to move the trial back from mid-May to July.  An order of protection filed by Esteb Road residents remains in place.
